This is a female-empowering program where over a period of 8 weeks you’ll meet as a group with a Certified Personal Trainer in Idaho Falls 2 times per week. You’ll follow the Beyond Diets® Program which utilizes the #1 Ranked, Dash Diet® System. So, not only will you learn how to exercise effectively and efficiently, you’ll learn how to eat right in a sustainable way that will last you a lifetime. This small group personal training program is taught in a group setting of 6 women all motivated to lose weight JUST LIKE YOU.
